Grid Gateway provides configuration support contracts for N1 Grid Engine and Grid Engine Open Source software.
Configuration support is utilized most often because Grids are fluid to meet ever-changing demands. The most common situations where configuration support is required are: |

Hourly consulting is available if you would like to do most of the configuration yourself but want experts available to help you through those troublesome issues that always slow you down.
Support contracts provide phone and email access to Grid Gateway support engineers. Contract fees vary depending on the size of the grid, number of users and locations.
